What is The Proud Store For Leaders?
- The Proud Store For Leaders is an online store that allows managers to purchase branded merchandise and apparel for their teammates. These purchases will be expensed from departmental funds.
How do I Create an Account?
- Click the "register" button in the top right hand corner and following the instructions to create a username and password. Your account will need to be verified via email before sucessfully logging in to place an order
- Enter First Name, Last Name and email address
- Create a username and password
What is my login?
- You can create any login on the home page under the register tab in the top right hand corner

Why can I not find an item that I have ordered before?
- Items that are no longer available have either been discontinued or are currently out of stock. Please contact Atrium Health Store to find a similar item.
What is the shipping cost?
- All shipping costs are calculated using UPS freight rates, and no additional charges are added to final shipping cost.
How to track my order?
- All orders are shipped through UPS and tracking numbers are sent to the email provided during checkout.
How long does it take to receive my order?
- Orders will be shipped from our Charlotte office within 3-10 business days of date order is received.
Can I return an item?
- Refunds on Atrium Health imprinted merchandise may only be made if product is defective. Email Danielle@actionplusideas.com to receive a return/exchange instructions.
